Who we are
Ultra Communications Ltd is a privately owned company founded in early 2004. The company was formed with the aim of creating a complete network contact centre service that would offer contact centres a comprehensive, flexible, high quality, low cost alternative to traditional Predictive Dialler and ACD systems.
Ultra have since developed and improved that technology to create the Ultra Call Management System (UCMS), a fully integrated, network based, total contact centre service that provides unequalled reliability, flexibility and ease of implementation to everyone.
What we do
We provide a full set of Network contact centre services including:
Outbound/Automated dialling, Voice Recording, Inbound Call systems, Call blending and IVR services.
